Thuifique Alam is a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) at Bangladesh Army University of Science and Technology (BAUST), Saidpur. He completed his B.Sc. in EEE from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET), Khulna, Bangladesh, in 2023 and is currently pursuing his M.Sc. in EEE at KUET.

During his undergraduate studies, Thuifique demonstrated exceptional academic performance, earning the prestigious Dean’s Award from the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at KUET three times. This recognition reflects his dedication and excellence in the field.

His primary research interests lie in semiconductor materials and devices, focusing on innovative approaches to enhance the performance and efficiency of semiconductor technologies. With a passion for both teaching and research, Thuifique is dedicated to fostering a learning environment that bridges theoretical concepts with practical applications.

As an educator, Thuifique takes pride in mentoring students and supervising undergraduate projects, ensuring they are well-prepared for the challenges of the engineering field. He aspires to contribute significantly to the academic and research domains of electrical and electronics engineering.
