CE faculty members and staff met with outgoing Vice-Chancellor
The third Vice-Chancellor of Bangladesh Army University of Science and Technology (BAUST), Brig Gen Prof. Dr. Engr. Md Lutfor Rahman (Retired), completed his last day of office on April 9, 2023 (Sunday). Dr. Md. Mahmudul Hasan, Associate Professor, and Head of the Civil Engineering department, presented the departing Vice Chancellor with a crest as a symbol of gratitude on his goodbye.
The department of Civil Engineering of BAUST was established under his guidance in December, 2019. During this 3 years journey, the department has received the thoughtful guidance and proper directions from him at every phase including development of lab facilities, finalization of the curriculum and syllabi, expansion of the infrastructures of the dept., qualified faculty recruitment etc. He will always be owed thanks from the department. We wish him good health and luck on his next voyage.
