Welcome Message from the Department Head

The Department of Industrial and Production Engineering is totally a versatile technical side in the engineering sector. This department is a bridge between engineering and business management. The IPE department of this university can ensure that its graduates will be able to cope with all kinds of situation whether inside the industrial management or in the field of research about any new products that is economical, environmentally safe and usable with all conditions etc. To enrich the students knowledge with developed courses in the production side, this department is introducing the courses like Manufacturing Processes, Engineering Materials, Industrial Law and Safety Management, Product Design and Development, Modern Machining Processes, Operations Research, Ergonomics and Productivity Engineering, Material Handing and Maintenance Engineering, Production Planning and Control, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Industrial and Business Management. To increase the strength of the students various programs such as industrial visit, study tour, industrial internship, seminars, conferences and yearly events are organized frequently by the department.
